No. If your information and card are on file, you need to be present for your scheduled pickup. We strongly recommend bringing everyone that plans on riding the jet skis to your pickup; everyone will be given a safety orientation.
No. We do not deliver or pickup from any lake. It is your responsibility to tow the jet skis you rented to your destination and then tow them back to us by your designated return time.
U-Haul rents trucks that are capable of towing. You can also ask someone you know to tow the skis for you.
No. Card only. Cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. Make sure the card of your choice can be charged the amount for your security deposit ($500 per jet ski rented).
Depending on your bank, the security deposit can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to refund to your account. This is something we have no control over.
All of our jet skis are certified to go to Folsom Lake. California lakes have been affected by the invasive species of Golden Mussels. Each lake has its own mussel inspection/quarantine requirement to enter. Please contact us if you plan on visiting somewhere other than Folsom Lake, so we can accommodate you.
Yes, limited quantities are available. We recommend you bring your own, equipped with a 2 inch towing ball.
No, we don't currently offer a trailer that will hold four waverunners.
